Wednesday is here!
Today I’m sharing my black on black outfit that I wore on my birthday last week.
I woke up that morning not sure what to wear so “when in doubt, wear black”!
It just works!

We have been so busy with house stuff and it is moving along so quickly now.
Framing is done and the roofers started yesterday.
We are going to be doing a gorgeous black roof with some metal roof on the front porch. I wanted the front porch area to really pop so I think the metal roof will look pretty there.
We also got to custom design our front door and I cannot wait to share it with you guys!
A lot of you have been asking when we move in and we are hoping at the end of May.
Our lease at our rental where we are living right now ends on May 31st, so we are reaaallyy hoping to be moving in by then!
If not, it’s back to mamas house we go, jk 🙂
We will have to just extend our lease to a month to month option until the house is done.
Hopefully it won’t come to that!
I am putting together a full house update blog post for later this week with photos of the progress!
Stay tuned for that and some house inspo since we are getting close to starting interior finishes and details, I have been on Pinterest way too much trying to get all of my ideas and inspiration together!
We still have a ways to go but we have also made some really good progress.
