We got our tree this weekend and finally set that up!
We usually get our tree the first Saturday after Thanksgiving, but my brother and his family were on vacation and we like to all go cut our fresh trees together so we waited until they were back in town.
It is a family tradition that we have done with my parents since we were little and we still keep it to this day with our own spouses and kids.

We literally had the BEST weather! It was supposed to rain but instead we got clear skies and and no wind.
