Corners of My Home: The Eating Nook

I have been having so much fun decorating the different spaces in our home and this little nook in our kitchen area is a favorite corner of our home!

I wanted it to have a cozy, inviting vibe so when we designed it we designed the built in benches so that I can fill them with lots of cozy pillows that I can change out with the different seasons.

We wanted a place to gather for breakfast, a space for the kids to do homework and crafts, and just a spot for us to sit together and make memories.

I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and I’ve been collecting little treasures to fill the shelves with.

I found these gorgeous chairs at the Pier1 going out of business sale. They only had two left and they were such a great price!

I’ve had this dining table for years and get a lot of questions about it. It highly recommend it and it is super family friendly. It doesn’t scratch easily, is heavy duty and wipes clean really easily. I’m actually really impressed with the quality considering the price is also pretty good!
