Charlie’s Bedroom – What I Ordered

Charlie's Bedroom Mood Board

Yesterday I shared what I ordered for Claire’s new bedroom and today I am sharing what I got for Charlie’s room!

I will still need to add some finishing pieces once I move in like some pictures or artwork, but this is a great start.

For Charlie’s room I went for neutrals like greys, creams and whites with black finishes and a little bit of blue.

I also have this blue Modway Eames style rocking chair that he had in his nursery when he was a baby.

I saved it to use in his big boy room.

I rocked him to sleep in this blue chair every night when he was a baby, so it has some sentimental value to it!

Here are the pieces I have for Charlie’s room:

Blue Letter C Pottery Barn
Ikea Dresser
Stool Night Stand
Premium Cotton Rope Laundry Basket
Modway Blue Eames Style Rocking Chair
Industrial Ceiling Light
Pathson Industrial Wall Sconce
Charcoal Stripe Jute Rug
Oversized Striped Lumbar Pillow
Stripe Sheet Set
Microstripe Quilt
Avenue Greene Bed

Both kids have pretty big closets so we won’t really need night stands so I got the cute stool from Target to use as a night stand on one side of his bed.

He can put his water there at night and maybe a few of his favorite books to have handy.

The dresser he already has from his old room and it fits in with the room theme so we will also keep that!

I’m really having fun putting these mood boards together and visualizing what their little spaces will look like.

See Charlie’s Nursery from when he was little here!

Our kitchen was painted yesterday so I am going to head over to the house right now to check on the progress.

Happy Wednesday Friends!
