I just love the smell of freshly baked goods this time of year.
This recipe brings me back to some of my favorite childhood memories when my dad would drive us up to Hood River, OR to buy fresh Apples.
We would bring them home to my mom who would make this apple cinnamon pastry roll for us.
This was a dessert staple in our home growing up and my kids love it just as much as we did!
