It’s me again… in red!
I’ve decided that red is probably my favorite color right now! If you also like red, read my post here on ways to wear it more this summer!
I’m also loving the tee and slip dress trend. Anyone remember this trend from the 90’s?
I remember being in elementary/middle school and seeing the older girls (high school) wear slip dresses with white tees under. I also remember seeing Jennifer Aniston rock this look multiple times in Friends and I always loved it!
Believe it or not this is the first time I’ve worn this trend even though I’ve always loved it!
I love dresses but I love dressing them down and this is a great way to get more wear out of an otherwise more dressy dress.
This was yesterdays outfit of the day. My mom watched both my kids and my sisters kids so that we could do some thrift shopping and have a sister day out. We found sooo many cute things, I will have to share some of our finds!
Today was a relaxing day at home with the kids. We went to the gym in the morning then came home and cleaned the entire house. By 1:00pm both kids were napping, the house was clean and all the laundry was done. This doesn’t happen often these days so it was so nice to have some time to just sit and relax!
Tomorrow we are hoping to make it to the Saturday market in the morning and then either the beach for the weekend or just stay in town… we haven’t decided yet.
